The Session Ledger
Trace Beezwax Records releases through titles, credits, catalog references, related sessions and the sources behind each record.
The Session Ledger is the center of the site: a compact index for readers who arrive with a release title, a musician, an instrument or only a half-remembered catalog path. Every entry gives the next useful link and labels its source status.
The initial shelf stays deliberately small. It favors records with an authentic label route and at least one artist, institutional, bibliographic or specialist corroboration. Archive-only clues are not erased, but they are never inflated into precise claims.

New routes join the register the way a new sheet joins a safety file, and a chemical safety note for crews shows the same read-before-use discipline.

A ledger table fixes identity row by row, and a guide to engine dossiers does the same work on machine code, serial number and document version.
A ledger row is one kind of file and a funding file is another, and the desk keeps both in the same order of proof: public support for a small label follows the rule that a claim without a dated source is not a claim the page can make.
The register fixes a name to a documented object, and two of the desk's newer notes apply that habit to material that never reached a studio: the Scottish tartan register shows how a woven pattern is entered, searched and cited, and a first crochet chain treats a stitch as a unit that has to be named before it can be repeated.
