Beezwax Records celebrates ten years as a record label on October 26th, 2007. The festivities will be observed at Michael's Italian Ristorante, Cobblestone Crossing, 4001 Bristol Street, Elkhart, IN, 46516. RSVP by calling 574-266-4001 and making reservations for dinner. Live brass, jazz, and blues music begins at 9:00PM.
Summer ended with a bang as Beezwax finished up three new CDs, each by a jazz trio. You'll see their music represented on our home page.
Recent documents show VH1's show Best Week Ever used the song "Carmine," by Uncle Art for one of their January 2006 shows.
Grant Levin reports that he is working on a third release, perhaps to come out next year. Watch for Riega.
Lori Bell has been working on her second release along with Ron Satterfield. We're told the finished master will be ready in a matter of months.
Steve Clover and his wife Jette have returned to Europe. They now live a in a beautiful, historic neighborhood in Amsterdam.
Disk Union of Japan continues to work with us in distributing Beezwax Records. They have offered to release a track from Joe Robinson's While I' m Waiting on a compilation CD next year.
